This SLR was presented in 1979 as a more entry level model than the OM-1 and OM-2 and left the most strict photographers a bit disappointed for the too large, in their opinion, use of electronics. If only they had known where we would have arrived :D. It came with an Olympus Zuiko 50mm lens and it has a shutter speed range from 1/1000s to 1s.

The standard 50 mm lens is great for portraits and general use and has a beautiful background swirl. There's no auto-focus, but the viewfinder is very bright, and it has a split-field focusing glass, so it easily gets accurate focus.
